"More" (than anyone else) would be easier to understand.

    It's "only" that surprised me.

USSA seems to be starting over every 8 years. France on the other hand is still a young team. Brazil reloads. USA got 14M for simply breaking bracket.

U.S. is extremely young. In fact, I think we were the 3rd youngest team in the cup if I remember hearing that correctly. Got to get the core group playing well and Gio needs to grow up. We need to get an attacking player or two who is consistent but this team can be right there in 4 years.

Nice. We plan on making some of the Texas matches.

Argentina was arriving at 3 AM. Flightware was busy…

“As the players' plane flew closer to Argentina, nearly 200,000 people tracked its path online and news channels delivered live coverage of its arrival”.

Notice the third star is already on the team bus.

Rumor has it Ticketmaster is already sold out.

Serious note, wonder how much tickets will be. I'm sure they will be a hot commodity. I would like to take in some of the Texas and maybe a game in Atlanta if things work out.

im not surprised, you might have a point if groups were set based on true random draws rather than from each pool, based on rankings
