TxSt has zero to play for with regards to scuttling our bowl hopes. They have no winning season to play for, they have no SBC winning record to play for, they can’t even reach.500 in the West division.
So your contention is that winning their first game ever vs Louisiana is a bigger plum to them than us being.500 in both conference, and regular season, along with being bowl eligible, thereby crushing their portal experience.
It’s been my experience that teams who’s only motivation is to muddy up their opponents rarely play past the first disappointing thing in their swan song game. I’m taking the Cajuns and giving the points.

Texas State can finish ahead of UL in the standings. Having never done that before, much less beaten us, can be a building block. I’m not predicting anything because after 11 games, we have zero continuity.

Ok. I'll say it. I want to see ZC start this game. I'm sure that won't be the case, but with Woodridge out, I want a QB that can run it when needed, and unfortunately, that's not CF.
Texas state is not Florida state. 31-14 Cajuns.
Win or go home. 27-10 Cajuns
Two schools of TSU thought:
1. last game, who cares
2. Ruin Cajuns bowl eligibility to be a dick.
Which one will it be?
