    I like these matchups. I also like the travel distances: for most of them, SBC fans have the shorter drive. We should have crowd advantage for several.

    It's 'The UL Rule.' The NO Bowl has the option every so many years (every other?) of picking the SBC representative.

    I don't think they'll use that rule for UL anymore after bringing 2k people last year.

    There were a lot more than 2K. Let’s not overstate the
    attendance issues that are in fact an opportunity area.

    Attendance for NO Bowl was close to 22000, so Marshall brought 19000? Personally I saw a hell of a lot more red than green in the dome that night

    There might have been 22k tickets sold, but no way was there more than 5 k Cajun fans at that game. No way.
