So, the Army is not a defender of FREEDOM . . .

Army V Navy is played on 12/10, Not this weekend. Knowing Army will have to get a waiver, this issue may be cleared up prior to the 10th...I don't believe the Indy Bowl wants to wait to name it's teams...they have tickets to sell!

Seems the bowl picture may come down to APR……
they are saying Rice, UNLV and auburn are top 3 in apr (of 5 win teams)

Hard to believe auburn would have a higher APR than army.

especially since they seemed to have been under investigation and skirted out in nearly every sport lately.
I looked up general Army stats, not athlete related, but it says west point only has an 85% overall grad rate, i thought that would be much much higher. we are losing out on that many officers, with recruiting way down?

granted though it is a relatively small school, so each person represents a higher percentage. and factoring in being ineligible for service due to illness or injury (esp. if injury caused by football) i guess cant hold that against them

Being a West Point scholar takes really special people who can handle far more than books. We had a West Point student from Opelousas High School. He finished very highly ranked OHS his senior year. He was a very grounded individual but lasted one year at West Point.

Navy is very unique. It’s funny when Marines are transported via sub, usually the bubbleheads think the Marines are nuts for what they do and vice versa. But they respect each other.

Seems like ESPN is putting the Cajuns in Mobile, Lending Tree Bowl vs. Bowling
Green. (Saturday, December 17 at 4:45). Also reported on KATC - 3 last night.

I did see another site having us vs. Memphis in Shreveport?? and yet another having us vs. North Texas in NOLA Bowl.

Sounds like a "whole lotta of guessing going on".

I’d like Indy on a Friday December 23 at 2:00. Only game on at that time.
