Not every player has a jersey that can be bought. What would be the reason if they haven't opted out?

Not enough notoriety for the apparel mfg to consider making Jerseys on speculatuon to be a viable option?

maybe their opt IN paperwork is pending, didnt properly cross all I’s and dot all t’s.
expired ID so notary couldnt notarize,
lost in mail, lazy, etc etc etc

also not sure on this one but is their a different process/ set of rules for walkons?

No clue on walkons. That is a good question. I know softball has three players that don't have the NIL jersey option. I only know the reason for one of the three. One of the most popular player doesn't show an option for her jersey.

I've never bought a jersey of any kind and don't plan on it, but my kids may want one. My jersey wearing days have been over with for a while.
