On the custom one you can only get 1, 98, 00, & the year (22 or 23). If you click the "NIL" one, you can get player names/numbers.

maybe their opt IN paperwork is pending, didnt properly cross all I’s and dot all t’s.
expired ID so notary couldnt notarize,
lost in mail, lazy, etc etc etc

No clue on walkons. That is a good question. I know softball has three players that don't have the NIL jersey option. I only know the reason for one of the three. One of the most popular player doesn't show an option for her jersey.

I've never bought a jersey of any kind and don't plan on it, but my kids may want one. My jersey wearing days have been over with for a while.

I am with you have not worn a jersey since the fall of 86. My 2 daughters and wife have a football one with our last name on the back.
