Stutes plans to join the Louisiana program in 2024 per the press release.

The softball signing class of 23 will start playing games in the spring of 24. She will be on campus in the fall (August) of 2023.

The freshman this year are the 22 signing class and will start their freshman campaign this spring of 23.

The way there classified in softball is a little different. She has played well at STM and has a younger sister Kennedy who is a great player at STM. Keep an eye out for Emma Bailey who is also at STM and will be a sophomore this year. Her dad Bret played with Gabby's dad on the 2000 CWS baseball team. Emma is a different kind of player than Gabby but is ranked #24 in the country in her class. I hope we can land Emma in a few years.
