It’s the glass ceiling affect. We can see the top, but we can’t reach it because of the invisible barriers. What exactly are the invisible barriers and why does Martin Hall allow these invisible barriers for athletics to remain in place?

KBON has a FB post highlighting our game and showing the schedule of events. I tried to post a picture of it here, but the size restriction thing blocks me more times than not.

I’m sure they did it on their own, though. Highly doubt it’s due to outreach efforts by our university.

Had a conversation with someone yesterday about this. This thread made it to the marketing department at warp speed and things will be "changing" immediately, I've been told. We'll see.
