For the thread, we now have the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th highest-rated recruits in school history committed in this class. lets just finish strong and get these guys signed.
I remember when high commodity prices made management look brilliant but when prices tanked same managers were idiots. Always found making money was sure a lot easier when you could hardly screw up. Wonder if maybe Coach is doing pretty good with lower commodity prices. This team hasn’t tanked. Bowl game still a goal. I’ll be at next game.
The program has been a regional runner up. The program in my mind needs to take the next step up and that would be to win a regional. Keep in mind the second national class has yet to play a real game that counts. We need those kids to produce like the first class has. From what I have seen so far I think they will. We need to get healthy and stay healthy and I think we will be ok.
I am watching So Al and Troy to get a look at the Trojans, as I type this. I watched USM last week prior to the game. One thing they all have in common is they have P5 transfers making plays all over the field. If you recall after losing 2 running backs, a line backer, and a couple of O lineman our coach wasn’t interested in adding through the portal. Although he did add the one lineman from Michigan St. I really think he he needs to rethink that going forward as many schools in the belt have upgraded through the portal.
Wait make that 2 things they all have in common. They are all ahead of us in the SBC west standings. We will get passed by if the portal only robs us in the future and we don’t pic up some guys on the fringes of the P5 level.
