Lightning delay part 3
Local news was doing a rain forecast for LSUA&M in Baton Rouge. They were somewhat confident that the rain would be through Baton Rouge prior to the 6:00 PM kickoff. So it’s moving from West to East. Probably means no rain at kickoff. Hopefully it’s done before noon.
At least it won’t affect attendance. This puppy was gonna be empty regardless.
Lots of LSUA&M fans in Orleans, jefferson, and North Shore. Not sure Lamers in town this week and probably less Lamer fans in NOLA than residents of the city of Carencro.
It’s all about probability. Don’t really know how accurate they are five days plus, but the Farmers Almanac uses history to get their macro forecast right more than 50%. The weather forecaster do the same thing. Something we could all do with a modicum of weather forecasting education.
Don’t really understand the animosity towards them.
I just enjoy the absurdity of mankind thinking they can control the Earth’s atmosphere. Everything is cyclical. And we all live one hellish volcano eruption or meteor hit from major changes.
Carbon credits aren’t absurd. They’re a con game.
