Napier also told the broadcast team before the game that he “should’ve taken more from Louisiana.” It’s not like he didn’t raid us enough already.

He could also be taking a dig at the roster he inherited at Florida - ie buying himself time to build his own roster

NAPIER made Cajuns Football a top 25, hell a #15 and #16 team. Of course our facility allowed him to do this. Great work on all of Louisiana Football. The entire conversation has changed about Cajuns Football. It's an incredible opportunity to capitalize upon so don't pull a trash purple and yellow mentality of F Saban, boo hoo.

Heard the comment too, it was more of a "these guys are doing so well here, that I probably should have taken more players with me" type of comment. It was his way of complimenting Torrance and Johnson on being able to compete at an SEC level.

Don't get me wrong, I am not endorsing what Napier did, but the comment wasn't a shot at UL.
