Why doesn’t anybody seem to see that the offensive of line made the halftime adjustment for the exception of the last drive? RB’s had some room and Ben had time .

So, who did step up? You trying to pin this pathetic loss on one guy again? If we don't fumble on that drive in the 3rd, I believe we win that game. Does that mean we need to bench Smith for the rest of the season? Give it a rest. There was a whole team full of people who didn't step up from the head coach down.

You act as though the offensive line just started blowing gaping holes in their defense. Never in my time looking at the contest did I see this. They did a pretty good job of pass protecting when USM didn't blitz , but that was countered by their DBs providing great coverage on our guys a lot of the time. As far as run blocking goes, there was precious little that we achieved between the tackles most of the night.
