I worked in Hattiesburg for about a year an half at the Fox affiliate there...he's correct, most people I encountered were either USM or MSU...some ole miss...however outside of USM MBB, the SEC fans didn't really look down at USM...

reality is USM dumped tickets at $6 since they couldn't sell tickets, that is why it was a total trailer park trash crown in most of that crap ass stadium.

We could give free tickets away and still not pull a good crowd.

All except one of their fans were very hospitable. The idiot up in the suite was some kind of “special” yelling at our fans.
