Seems if NCAA mandated a rule that starting QBs have to sit out a certain amount of time, they could encourage a two qb system. Teams that have it would have an advantage over teams that have one great qb but no decent back up. maybe they need to sit out two games, or six or eight quarters, something like that. Would also add strategy to the season outlook. It would definitely benefit player safety/health as well. They wouldnt let a baseball player start every game as a starting pitcher now would they? Cajuns would have a leg up, and even the saints probably would as well if rule caught on with nfl too, esp. since nfl is expanding season, doesnt seem right to make them play more games for same pay?
