they have a few big donors, one has donated the eagle at the front of campus and has a building named after him and is a football supporter and there are lots of small supporters who are supporting Hall by small donations and season tickets, that is probably the boost you are seeing. Overall USM stadium is horrible with the exception of the suites and the renovated section, concessions and restrooms are on par with prison facilities.
