It's like we don't even exist. I don't have answers, but I think we have lost a generation of fans and they ain't coming back. Was at an engagement party last Saturday for a friend's son and there were about 20-25 UL students there. They could tell me who LSU was recruiting for the 2024 class but didn't know UL played the Wednesday night! Made me sad. Teach your kids well and we may have a chance in the future!!

Don’t forget, Hud and the program went to outlying parishes with a kickoff tour. I can’t tell you if CMD did or didn’t this season. Don’t know if Napier did. We might be FBS but we have to make a conscious effort EVERY year.

My wife’s cousin and his wife brought a beautiful baby into this world last week. Baby pictures were taken and shared with us showing new baby in LSU attire laying on a LSU blanket.

Both of the parents have a successful professional career due to their degrees from UL.

Freaking McNeese toured this fall with various coaches. They even came to Lafayette. Learned that in local media. Our marketing was pretty much a keyboard.

part of the problem is that the biggest market in the state outlets refuse to even mention us. The New Orleans news outlets including radio and tv generally ignore our sports and won't even mention them in sports news
