speaking of Gumbo and way off the subject, but last night I had the chicken and sausage gumbo at Young's Sports Bar in Broussard. I am not usually a fan of gumbo's at most restaurants compared to homemade and specifically not one at a sports bar, but man was it good. I highly recommend their hot BBQ traditional wings as well.
