The announcer said it is because he had lowered his shoulder. I say it is hard to stop a over 6 foot, 300+ pound guy on a dime. Just another bad penalty call, add it to the rest of them in that game.

When I saw the play in real time it really did appear to be roughing. The replay showed it probably was not. Tough break for sure

They did show that play. If you didn’t know what play it was trust me when I say you wouldn’t have seen the roughing call.
