Six games in they have gained experience and will continue to do so.

When I said "what's to say there isn't still a solution for the O-Line?" I meant technique. All the experience in the world working on something you are not capable of will produce nothing.

Billy getting a guy who couldn't hack it at the next level over his last coach is supposed to impress me & make me warm & fuzzy about the guy? My opinion of the sucksess of this offensive line is based on the facts that this offensive line is being asked to do things they simply cannot do. And instead of finding other things they can do & attempting those things, they are going to choose to beat the wall with the old cranium until they learn how to do the impossible. Now, isn't that special church lady?

Rob Sale and Billy Napier are good friends, working together at Alabama. I never called Rob Sale a bum, considering his resume as an OL Coach at Alabama, Georgia and UL.

When Rob Sale left for a coaching opportunity in the NFL with the NY Giants, Billy Napier hired Coach Norrid to coach the OL because he had a relationship with him and was familiar with the system in place. So, Billy Napier hired the guy you say isn't any good.

Billy reached out to Rob Sale, his good friend when he accepted the Florida job. This was a no brainer considering their long friendship and Sales resume as an OL coach. Sale also knew the Giant coaching staff would be let go after last season. It worked out for both men.

Sales reached out to his former recruits O'Cyrus and Waites to come to Florida. One was a certain starter for the Cajuns this season and the other would have played. With the graduation of Vallot and Marks, with the addition of Mitchell leaving for the NFL this staff was left with an inexperienced group outside of 1 returning starter in Gillie. Both Hudson and Thomas were reserves. Add the injuries and Brown leaving as well for an NIL deal with Deon Sanders at Jackson St. and we have the group that's available.

He was such a genius and yet he made the same mistake you are claiming CMD, a 1st year coach, was making with Chandler. Do you even think about the silliness you post?

It's only silly to you because the message flew right over your head. I don't blame Mike for letting his guys compete for the job for a couple of weeks even if he "named" Chandler the starter. But you keep trying to fit that square peg of a two QB system into a round hole called your team & you're gonna find the unemployment line by virtue of a few 3-4 win seasons. My point wasn't going to be about what caught Bum in his old age & the mine field of letting your individual loyalty cost you your whole team. It was about an offensive blocking scheme that sucks donkey balls & the need to section 8 that scheme ASAP & go with a scheme your players have the ability to execute. Of course you won't understand this post either.
