    Yay.

Somebody mentioned in one of the other threads that Oubre has looked good in the small sample size fall ball schedule.

    Some preliminary reassurance there.

Mike hadn’t recruited pitching in his last couple of years and we’ve had a hard time bringing some on board so if that this kid can go, again yay.

Who's had a hard time bringing some on board? Ever heard of Sam Landry? Your comment makes no sense.

    Aside from Sam?

You need to not be so triggered when somebody else makes an observation about and has an opinion about softball, Karen

Haha! That's funny! If somebody makes a statement that is simply not true, yeah, I'm going to call them out on it. Ever heard of Megan Kleist?

7–5 her one year here. And then she left. A Band-Aid at best.

Did you see her era? That is the indicator of a pitchers ability. The team lacked run support every time she pitched. Mike also brought in Lamb and Schorman. Go Monkey around on another topic.

Both. We are talking about Mike Roberts not Mike Lotief.

Yeah, 2.3. Almost a half a point higher than Summer.

Also, if you were innings, she allowed more hits, more runs, more walks, have fewer strikeouts.

The bigger issue was that she was here for a year, could’ve stayed for another but chose not to.

And the Mike I was talking about was in fact Lotief.

As much of a ____eshow Lotief let us in, it could’ve been worse if summer wasn’t a Hall of Famer. When Mike was chased off summer was the only thing on the pitching roster. He left us with nothing other than her.

And now, the only thing you have to offer for pitching stability is Lamb. I would much rather have her on the team than not but I just hope she cuts back on those 150 pitch count games.

I think we got lucky with Schorman. I don’t know whether she pitched her freshman year at Kentucky, she did throw in several games her sophomore year, but didn’t pitch at all in 2021 so she entered the portal and ended up here. I really think she was an unproven commodity that has worked out well for us. But still only two years.

So yes, I think over the last several years we have just gotten by with luck in our pitching.

I was just celebrating the fact that it appears Oubre is having some success and we sign in on the picture for next year.

If you guys have problems with other folks having opinions about softball, then maybe you should get turbine to lock the threads on softball and you can have your own little circle jerks to your hearts delight
