It's a shame, The New Orleans Saints implement more ideas from Ragin Pagin the the brass at Martin Hall.

Increase the volumn...
Ring it 11x to alert folks that its 20 minutes to kick off, get into into stadium
Ring it again just prior to the team coming out of the tunnel
Ring it for defense on 3rd Down
Ring it for offense with every score...either before or after fight song...
Ring it as soon as the game is over with a W. And keep ringing it like a church bell on Sunday mornings!
