Stream team can definitely handle. Would need a PxP guy that not only speaks French but knows football. Stream needs to be available in ALL French speaking countries to be successful, not only US & Canada. On top of that would need merchandise available to market & sell worldwide.

cjr had a great thread on football ticket fees a couple weeks back. I believe it was $16.55 fees per ticket.

I got an email today that basketball single game tickets were on sale. $7.50 tickets. $16.25 in fees for a $23.75 total price to go see the Cajuns play a non-D1.

I know basketball interest is low, but this is something that could greatly alleviate game day disasters for football. Imagine fans being able to login in to Ticketmaster earlier in the week, on their way to Cajun Field, or (god forbid) at Cajun Field and buy tickets in 30 seconds for the box office price and join the line going in instead of waiting in a 20 minute line to buy and a 20 minute line to enter. The operation as a whole just refuses to enter the year 2022.

I don’t have to imagine my reality on Saturday. I purchased season tickets months ago to avoid the lines and support my team. I arrived at the stadium, but was unable to access my electronic tickets due the internet delays. I had to wait in the long ticket line at gate C with other customers with similar issues only to be told they couldn’t print my tickets.

I was told the internet was not their fault. Not an apology for my inconvenience. They directed me to gate A. I missed the most of the 1st quarter.

When this crap happens, just let people in. It’s not like scammers are going to find out a few minutes before game time and a bunch will get in free. And so what, might find a future purchaser.

It’s amazing that people actually go back with the way they’ve treated their customers over the years. That’s why I print mine every season. Worst case scanner breaks they rip the stub.

Gameday operations unfortunately have to be as close to perfect if you want to battle ESPN+ at the house. That sucks

The football, for better or worse, isn't what's keeping folks away from CF, it's all this other stuffwho the F is in charge of this ____tzz show. Like I asked the other day, has Maggard reached his ceiling here.the person in charge of game day logistics and more should 've sitzzz canned

It’s really amazing to read these stories. It’s like those paid to protect the rights of fans that chose to pay extra for the convenience of being at CF on game day were instrumental in ruining the very game day experience of those fans.

We already can’t get enough people to pay for that experience.

    How can that happen?

Oof. That is brutal. I had to get mine printed an hour and a half or so before kickoff. Not without the lady treating me like a misbehaving grandson though, mind you. Scolding me for forgetting to put them in my Apple wallet like she’s never forgotten something in her life. Where do we find these people?
