I'm just amazed at how much outsourcing the U employees depend on.

How long does it take to proof read a tweet?

    What are digital display ads?
Who are the on behalf of?
    Who approves them in advance?
    Are the given guidelines?
    What is their purpose?

Digital display ads are what are normal digital ads you get on your phone, or possibly in this case email. They have, apparently a vendor who creates the ad/email. Normally, there is client approval before it goes out.

    Advancement not AA.
Could make snarky comment on looking at heading but only want to say that we are becoming an obnoxious fan base. As bad as any. We should be able to civilly point out areas we want to see improvement in without the uncivil blasts we send to each other and our admin.
I used to enjoy the info I learned from RP but now it’s no longer worth the effort.

    Single fan not "fan base"

    I don't understand the concept.

Doesn't this pretty much guarantee you will sound like every other school on the market?

I agree. It has become obnoxious here, especially when RP is addressing each faux paw separately. It becomes very petty as opposed to constructive. The horse has been beat and now it’s time for an orderly plan as suggested earlier. C’m someone at Louisiana, this has got to be in your job description. Take the bull by the horns and with little steps become a hero. The roadmap is spelled out right here on RP.
