I tried putting it on 103.3 all they had 80’s and 90’s music so put back on 1420 AM

Your not, your picking up a signal on that frequency from BR or LC. It is a simulcast, both 1420 and 103.3 air the same content...

Depending on the weather and other factors you get three stations for the price of none.
