Scott has a good show. It just doesn't really align with the interests of the posters on this site (obviously Cajuns first).
I personally don't tune in much because any Saints and Pelicans talk I would hear on his show, I consume from national sports media (typically on the web). I would try to tune in live more if there was more Cajun talk (my listening window is pretty short so I could very well be missing it). But I used to look forward to tuning into your afternoon show Jay, because there would always be some highly spirited Cajun talk and it was even contentious (entertaining) at times with callers.
I will say I 100% appreciate Scott's coverage of the Cajuns (live streaming UL press conferences, etc.). That's just my long-winded feedback on why I (and maybe other UL fans) don't tune in as often anymore.
So, I'm assuming everyone knows what GOAT stands for. Does that mean 1420 is now branding itself as the greatest of all time when it comes to sports talk? If that's the case, maybe they should hire Karin Jeane-Pierre as their spokesperson.
Not when y'all are doing that lame ass over the 4000th hill terrible tune crap. That click you hear as you begin is my radio signing the hell off before my ears get tortured again. You realize that crap quit being fresh about three weeks in? Of course you don't. But it did. it really really did.
Thou protest too much
When I'm able I listen to Scott's show and Kevin Foote's show. Wish there was more local programming. Miss Steve P. and Jay's show.
Well, 103.3 The Goat is not off to a good start this Saturday morning. Turned the radio on this morning to listen to Billy's show and they are off the air. Don't know if they are experiencing technical difficulties or as Billy would put it "atmospheric conditions".
I don’t
Not everybody going to miss the same thing
