You never know a turn could come with the same coach… Give the guy time we haven’t even made it through half the season.

The Cajuns long term problems will never be fixed. They reside in Martin Hall & have been there since before most of us were born.

I bet there’s a guy who knew all about the problems before he was even born.

Vallot and Mitchell moving on, killed us.

We have zero depth and 2 season ending injuries in fall camp took out two projected starters.

If not for that we would be in much better shape.
I disagree. Every starter except the center are capable OL. There is a reason they were recruited and offered scholarships.

It would be nice to be able to just plug and play, but that is not the norm.

It's why I have always said you can never have enough linemen ... I might have said time machines.

Over recruit, over recruit, over recruit those positions, don't go by the numbers alone.
Those coaches are gone and doing nothing for this years team.

That can literally be said for anyone playing football at the collegiate level.

If you're saying they're not playing as one on the OL, I agree. But individuals are blowing assignments and getting out-leveraged at the POA on over 50% of offensive snaps. Rewatch the ULM game. Rewatch the Rice game. South Al was more of the same.

For some it would be the university level . . .

I agree with you. All of our line problems except center comes down to fundamentals and coaching. I watched all of those games live and on replay. Harrington, Rubio, Thomas, and Gillie are better looking physically specimens that anyone So Al had on their line. We were bigger with more athleticism and God given ability. Let’s say we had these same exact players with former OL coach Mitch Rodrique, coaching them it would be a completely different product on the field.
