    Looks like Dr. Maggard did have a money tree that nobody else knew about . . . and apparently it has grown to a point where it is no longer concealable . . . and it is now coming out into the open and in the open it is just not producing enough fruit anymore . . .

    Just a guess (not a fact or belief): Maybe the coaching salaries are allocated as a % of the budget, not as a round dollar amount.

    Think it’s a few things. First, some of those guys left during the FY. Second, some signed new contracts and their pay increased, but on a pro rata basis for the remainder of the FY.
