    My questions are:

    • What persons are driving membership in RCAF?
    • What persons are raising money for RCAF?
    • What persons are raising money for the Alumni Association
    • What persons are raising money for Grants and monies that helped achieve R1 status?
    • Is there any overlap of responsibilities or duties?

I ask if there is any overlap because if there is, the double duty dipper will always focus on the most lucrative areas, whereas a standalone RCAF fund raiser will stay more motivated when not having to change hats.

Isn’t Dr. Maggard wearing all those hats right now?

Tread drift. RCAF as it is today has not produced like we wanted. I'm not asking about that.

The original question is, if the RCAF were set up like the TAF would things be different?

    Without a doubt.

I remember Jay Walker's comment after the last home game either last year or year before that that would be his last game in the current press box. Guess what, he's still in the same press box. Just another example of "show me the money" as you said.
Yes it does take that long when one goes fishing in the same pond of donors.

Unfortunately, if what I have heard is true it only raises more questions. Supposedly the CFO of Athletics & Auxiliary lives in New Jersey and he's considered full time.

Wow! Can this be substantiated? If so, all this makes a lot more sense. Someone needs to be held accountable for this circus.

Instead of always hanging out and pushing RCAF on the whales, make an effort with students, recent grads, and the $50 to $200 a year contributor...more of them around, build your numbers and organically grow the $
