Plumbers have the market cornered.

Thru the years I’ve told many a young man with no real experience to go be a plumber or carpenter’s helper…learn the trade, get paid, be patient, get your license, be your own man around 35-40. When I started doing this in the 90’s, the average age of a licensed master plumber or electrician was early 50’s. That’s why they have the market cornered.
