Block off CDB, Cajun walk from Bourgeious north. Parking at Blackham for casual fans.
I’ve said that for years. No brainer.

It’s like we have a glass ceiling of athletic success at UL mostly off the field. Who are we protecting state legislators, LSU, who? Our fans, alumni and students deserve better from this administration. If that means more money to hire staff or executive the innovative ideas here, just do it!

Not true. Not sure if that sarcasm? But that would create a whole new tailgate area for the fan that doesn’t want to pay 500 per season and just wants to throw a tent up for the day. A much needed thing for UL.

Either way if you give it away for free you gonna be out of business and that’s what many of those people expect.

“This is a people business, and the fans are our No. 1 priority,” Dickey said. “They are the foundation of this great institution, and we wouldn’t be anywhere without them.”

    This is the right attitude!

The problem is we have one of the best parking situations in America for college football and people complain. You literally park across the street from the stadium for free. We don't have a parking problem here.

It's not the job of the fan to just show up. It's the job of the administration to give the fan a reason why their money is well spent at Cajun Field.
Why do you spend money on football? Mine is the product on the field. I would say admin is doing pretty good.

Tailgating started with the simple concept of pregame partying from your vehicle or with a small pop up tent and morphed from that. I love the idea of big tailgating spots for large groups of family and friends. But we can’t afford to step all over the “little guys” like they don’t exist. We have plenty of space to meet the needs of all type of fans. I totally get that people who donate big bucks should also get the best perks; but let’s not forget how we built this fan experience.
