The "you know" is really irritating. He used to say "I mean" almost as much and has pretty much cut that out. He will certainly improve as he progresses as a head coach and gets more comfortable with the media. Someone should point this out to him in a constructive way, because I'm sure he has no idea he says it so often.

I'm glad to know about the annoying "you knows" before I attempted to liste to the presser. That and the "likes" used by countless people are irritating to no end. It's a shame how people butcher the English language these days.

"Igh’t" I get what you are saying and there is "no question" you are correct, "but-ah" we have never known more than under Desormeaux.
