Lol sort of. But, I just have a flavorful vernacular. I also don’t have issues with being matter of fact. Some times that comes with colorful language.
Sometimes it’s very appropriate to deliver the importance of a point. Others not so much.
This athletic department has been gutted. We need some very talented hires and soon.
Qualifications...
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of experience in major gift or annual fund development. Preferred qualifications include: experience in capital campaigns, closing gifts of $100,000 or more, metric development, athletics annual fund operations, premium seating sales, and working with sports programs and head coaches. Sound judgment, integrity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, staff management, and the ability to think strategically are essential. Demonstration of excellent board and volunteer management is preferred. The Director must be able to utilize technology including the Microsoft Suite and donor database. Travel, including frequent after-hours and weekend work required
Basically someone who's at least 60 years old & can suck up to the same room full of blue hairs that they've always kissed up to to get money for various projects. Nothing about being able to plan an ever growing expanding vision of where UL athletics can go in the future.
