Thread: RCAF Director

I am fine with doing a national search for the RCAF Director position. We need a mature person with intelligence and vision, who can sell our athletic department and grow our foundation. This person doesn’t have to be local, but must have effective communication skills. This is a crucial hire that needs to happen now. We need money for a new football stadium done right, baseball locker room, and to remain competitive in the growing SBC.

Too bad Hud has the reputation of being such a poon hound. Dude would probably kill it at the RCAF position. One thing he knew how to do was get donations and put butts in the seats.

So what does being a poon hound have to do with being a great RCAF director? It's not like he's going to coach. I wonder if he would consider the job though. That is a really good thought.

Frick that national stuff. We need a guy form the South who understands the culture here.

The unknown person out there that could make a mark UL needs won’t take a job with Martin Hall puppet masters.

When you read the entire job description, you get the idea why no one will ever take it...

In addition, several Deputy RCAF positions have opened

I believe you may be on to something. Savoie was groomed by the fossil after all. But I will give him credit for the good things he has done, I was very skeptical when he was first hired.
