Ah, good ole days of the 70 mph rumble strips for several miles. Moved from Lafayette to TX in 2001. Hydroplaned on I-10 in Orange due to the dip in the interstate, pucker factor 10!

Well, let’s throw in the breached lithium car batteries that sunk near the Azores and the environmental impact (nobody is discussing), we’ll have covered quite a stretch.

So what concept are we going for (35K capacity or less)?

    1. Audi Field - Washington D.C. https://www.audifielddc.com/

    2. Apogee Stadium - UNT

    3. InfoCision Stadium - Akron Zips

    Ahhh yes! The death walls.

  6. UL 1984, 1999 . . . . Re: Stadium Expansion??

I want symmetry between East and West, a giant Jumbotron. I really like the way the South end zone was designed so retaining that concept would be great . Capacity between 34-38K with enough bathrooms to support 45K in case we get a standing room crowd along North end zone.

Improve the total lights on the field. Okay keep the grass North end zone

Not a fan of end zone seats being higher than home and visitor sides. Looks goofy. Other than that I’m with you. That soccer stadium in Orlando
We played the cure bowl in was perfect for us.

Also someone mentioned covered seating. Not sure how affective that would be on the home side. It would have to come off the top of the suites and press box. So it would be extremely high above the stands.

I’d like to see them basically build the outside to match the tigue. Then from the field view have 3 stories of suites and press and the bottom level open walkway like the tigue. The seating for the suites could slightly over hang the lower bowl and if you put a roof like the tigue it could help but not sure from 4 stories up.

Enough of the red brick tin roof designs. Please can we have something architecturally interesting for once?
