Customers do not want to hear it. They say it too expensive and do not buy the product. Then a day or two later they call back and place the order (after calling other vendors and realizing it isn't us jacking up the price). It's a tough time to do business.
Yes sir! It amazes me when I hear people say the administration is looking at making cuts to plans that aren't complete. In addition to that, the cost of materials and labor has increased exponentially over the past year. Whatever the final number is in budget and money raised, there will need to be adjustments made to the final plans.

That’s dumb. They could have just folded it up wet then taken it back out to dry as soon as the rainy weather passed… oh wait.

That flag takes twenty people to unfurl. You can't decide 15 minutes before the band plays that you're going to use it because the rain just stopped. That decision gets made well before then. And, it's been that way since the late Steve Gossen bought that flag.

We have legitimate paths available to us to close that financial gap, but those paths involve bureaucracy, red tape, and persuading the right people.

The stadium will absolutely happen. 2024 seems realistic.
When you and I have the same info and are pretty much echoing the same sentiments, then people should take notice.

Jay I think you missed my joke, but after re-reading my post I realize I didn’t make it easy to get.

The joke was that it would be impossible to dry given that it’s going to rain every day until what… November?

Who would have thought the I-49 corridor would get started before UL’s stadium upgrade. Hell must be icy icy.

Are you sure?? Lots of lots(sorry) to buy before I49 can start. And that’s after design and bidding. We’ll see. I’m betting on CF starting first. Now as for completion…
