Mobile Ticket changes

For those using the ragin cajuns app to use mobile ticketing for game entry, it appears that screenshots of the ticket will not work as in the past. If you pull up your ticket(s) for the slu game in the app, there is a disclaimer beneath the barcode that reads "screenshots won't get you in". I've often taken screenshots of my tickets and it has worked with no problems. Just wanted people to be aware if they aren't already.

I've added them to my Wallet previously. That has worked well and is probably the best way.

then tap "view barcode"


that should get you what you need.

This process will only work if you have good cell service at the game. In the past, AT&T service is not very good depending on the size of the crowd. I would recommend downloading to Apple wallet if you have an IPhone. I have always used a picture of the ticket which previously worked fine. Looks like that is not an option this year.

I had to go to the Cajundome today at noon to get some assistance in downloading my tickets to the wallet. Apparently the system has been "updated" and some people (including me) are unable to add them to our wallet. The Cajudome ticket manager helped me out and was able to get them in the wallet for me. Not sure what she did, but she took my phone into her office to do whatever she did. So, if you are one of those having trouble getting your tickets into your wallet, you may have to go to the Cajundome for assistance.

As a previous poster mentioned, a screen shot of your ticket WILL NO LONGER get you in the stadium with this new scanning program.
