Thread: Helmets falling off

    UL Football Helmets falling off

I don't remember a single game last season where a helmet didn't fall off.

Maybe this new Nascar style lid will stay on.

Levi's came off last year at CF, Chandler came in for a play and almost through a pick f'n 6.

Dumbest rule in college football. And if the helmet gets ripped off by an opposing player, he doesn't have to come out. How is that any safer?

You can’t judge safety measures in this country!!!! It’s just safer ok!!!!

A poster tried to connect Covid rules with helmet rules so I moved his posts to the Covid thread.

Under threat of a complete ban on football, helmet rules first started in 1905.

Helmet safety rules have evolved ever since 1905. Some work great, some not so much.

As long as technology keeps changing, helmet rules will ebb and flow.
