Cajuns win first game of the Michigan State Tournament with a win over Eastern Michigan.

The Cajuns were down 2-0 with a 25-21 and 25-17 loss in the first two matches, then won 25-17, 25-22 and 15-13 to take the opening round. Next match is tonight at 6PM on the Big 10 + Network.

Thrilled with the win. However, I am surprised we traveled such a long way for a VB tournament. Perhaps Michigan State helped pay for some of the participants.

FWIW, MSU beats EMU in five. EMU goes home with the 0-3 collar. MSU v Fairfield later today to close it out. Fairfield won the MAAC last year.
