Bro your back on your negative deal. If I get 20 and you and so on so on. Then you go to surrounding towns to push and add a few more. It’s little steps just like it’s little checks. It’s not like we are going to just magically add 2,000 a year for 10 years.

Not negative, it's called reality. Folks around here at the moment don't care enough.

The majority of our target fan base has already been to a game and chooses to not return. Why?

    Not entertained
    Can watch from home
    Save money
    Opponents suck
    Lines are long
    Internet is slow….

There’s a lot of good reasons for people who aren’t diehard fans. But I’d bet just last season we had 41,000 different people in Cajun field. Just figure out how to get 30,000 of them to want to go to every game.

Probably like my dad who will watch the game if it's on TV. He will however not go to a game if it's not available.

I agree with this the one thing we suck at is game day at the stadium.

Exactly. I’m diehard. I’m there rain or shine, cold, hot, doesn’t matter. I know the atmosphere sucks. The production of events kinda sucks. But I go to watch the game because I want to watch the game live in person and support the team. I want them to hear me yelling. I want to do my part to help them win. If it wasn’t for that feeling I’d watch from home too. Save a ton of money, not miss a play, not break a sweat. Watching football all day when the Cajuns are on the road is a great day.

Unfortunately only about 6K or so folks feel that way. No reason the Cajuns shouldn't get 27K to 32K per game.

Much earlier in this thread that was established as a given, Donald Rumsfeld might have called it a known/known.

The goal (it seems to me) is how does UL get beyond the current given?

If we just repeat the reality of this particular given, it is most definitly being negative.

We're losing the Frenchies of our fan base and nobody is replacing them. The generation of sandlot athletics, where you had a connection to sports because you played it in some form and could relate. Kids today have their PS4, Xbox, single sport focus, and other things to keep them busy. Meanwhile the RPCA goes round and round...but our admin could do a whole lot better.

Maggard says it with his actions...BY SCHEDULING THE WAY HE DOES. This is not hard, Turbine, try to keep up.

    I'm trying.

How much more $ will UL make playing SLU than it will make playing Florida State?
    (After all expenses are paid)

Hell, if we were independent, we could play 12 $1.4mm games . . .
