Drilling in the Haynesville is really picking up again. The infrastructure is there from Merryville north past Shreveport. Tons of leases changing hands.

I wonder what on-campus federal building they're talking about? The old Curtis A. Rodemacher Power Plant on Pinhook?

"Kennedy also said he is trying to get a federal building on the UL campus turned over to university officials. The 28,000-square-foot building that he declined to identify is about 80% vacant, and a pending deal would include the federal government turning it over to UL and leasing a portion of it.

The university has big plans for it, he said."

I fly the CEO of Venture Global and they have an amazing facility in Cameron. Construction has started on the next one in Port Sulpher and the expansion to the Cameron facility should begin shortly.

Over $30B in LNG plants going up in Louisiana.

The power plant is owned by LUS not the federal government.

Rhodemacher power plant is north of Alexandria.

Ahh. Any guesses as to federal buildings on campus? That's the only federal-looking building I could think of.
