Apparently over the last week, speed bumps were installed from the baseball stadium past the soccer/traffic facility. Not sure if any were put on the away side of the football stadium.

Speed bumps can be jarring when unexpected.
Ironically I always notice them in a strange place, it's places that I'm familiar with that get me when they add them.
