WE HAVE NO CASH FOR THE RENOVATION?
Oh thank goodness, that’s not what this thread is about.
I just went to a watch a Phillies game on Thursday. The wife and I figured that $130 cash would be enough. Walk in and they don’t accept cash card only. There were more than 1 place that only took cards. It was no big deal but it felt weird that cash was worthless inside the stadium.
Cash less is a dyslexic self fulfilling prophecy.
Don’t like that idea at all.
No cash keeps workers from stealing that is why a lot of places are moving from cash only. Cash is no longer king.
I like this idea! It’s more hygienic and efficient. This should move the line along more quickly.
We should not eliminate cash as a way for people to pay for concessions. If we want to have card only lines, fine.
But there’s older season ticket holders who still don’t do the debit card thing, and at a time when we’re needing every penny to keep our athletic funding competitive, we want that cash.
Minute Maid Park is cashless. Sign of the times I guess.
