Let's be honest, how many teams are left in the FCS?

No idea. I'm just saying that we seem to overlook the ULM game every year and it seems to be more competitive than it should. I still remember 2011.

We were also playing in cold rainy weather and 100% looking forward to the SBC championship the next weekend. There was no energy in the stadium. It was almost eerie in there.

Cajuns are 8-2 in the last ten meetings with ULM, with both losses coming at Cajun Field. Last time we lost in Monroe? 2004.

Rice beat UAB last year. That’s something.

Does SLU have a fan forum message board anymore?
I remember the old Delphi board, but can't seem to find one.

Yes they do. It is not super active, but you need to be a member, it does not cost anything, but you can just sign up.

It’s their “super bowl” every year unless Tech is on the schedule. Some years it’s the game they need to be in the bowl hunt. That’s why I’m happy it is no longer the faux rivalry game and earlier in the season.

Yes we do—stop by for a visit! You'll need to register (free) for a username to read or post but Cajuns fans are welcome!

Our schedule is easy, and I think we'll have a top SBC team, but we're not Alabama. Any team we play will be more than capable of beating us if we don't bring our A game. That was true last year, and it will be true this year too. That absolutely includes SLU.
