An actual report by someone who knows what he is talking about. Hype levels off the chart! Thanks T

I believe Chris has changed from #21 to #13.

Thanks for the excellent breakdown, T! Hoping to hear more!

I don't think you can ever recruit enough offensive or defensive linemen as they can improve the play of everyone behind them.
And we just missed out on a 4 Star OL that announced his commitment to Houston this morning. We were in his top 5…that’s the breaks.

Definitely one of my Geaux to guys when it comes to UL sports. Also a first class gentleman.

What is the story on the OL transfer from Michigan State?

Not ready from what I've heard at this time, needs lots of work.

As a grad transfer that is very concerning should have been a plug and play

Said it on another thread, we only have 7 running backs who will physically be on the field to play at this point. For me, the lack of depth is a concern.

And while the RB core is thin, the defensive line just has thinner players. There isn't an eclipse like Humphrey this year. I realize somebody of his size doesn't come along too often, but he did plug a big azzed hole. I think the depth is there, but the lack of that one piece might have a bit of an impact.

Look back at the bowl game without him and see how our run defense was.

    Hint: it wasn’t great.

We are gonna miss that dude big time.

If we stay healthy, those two units are fine. They both have depth, and you are not going to play more than 4 or 5 backs max.

The defensive line has Nelson, Hill, Wilkerson, Lawson, Hutchison, Hazard, Narcisse, McGriff and Wiser. That's not counting players that can put their hands on the ground like Jones, Guidry, George, Peterson and Whitfield. We have good depth unless we are hit by injuries.

OL would be lights out if Napier hadn't taken Waites and Torrence but he did so next man up!
