Did you listen to Jay and Mikes interview on the most recent pod cast? I could have sworn he said he was in the mix, early in his career, before being out with injuries 2 years in a row.

Nope a whole gang of folks on this board knows the family. First class folks. My good friend Coach E is the head guy over at EHS.

The more I hear from Coach Dez about the OL, the more I feel good. I think the 5 starters will be RT Carlos Rubio (former starter), RG David Hudson (started late last year), C Jax Harrington (a guy we have been waiting for for a long time), LG AJ Gillie (starter last year and maybe the best OL on the team) and LT Landon Burton (a former walk on that the coaches love). I think the other players that will be in the mix for his top 8 (and coach said he wanted to be 8 deep on the OL) are Nathan Thomas, James Ohonba, George Jackson and King McGowen.

He had Hunt, Mitchell, Dotson, Gillis, Rubio, Vallot, Prudhomme, Robinson, Torrance all ahead of him. He might have got some reps in the rotation due to injurys I can't remember but he wasn't going to start as a true freshman. 3 of those guys are in the NFL and a 4th will be soon. He wasn't pushing as a true freshman.

Everyone is competing to start LOL. Realistically he wasn't going to start so no need for you to do any research. You have to read between the lines. Vallo and Prudhomme played center, Harrington never played center and wasn't going to start as a true freshman at center.
