No scaling back. We are on the right track, and unless something major changes, for construction to begin sometime between Dec-Feb timeframe.

Actually me and C4L talk often. In case you didn't know C4L is a first class guy and a real American hero. Can you expand on what real insight you seem to deem not real coming from me? For the record Cajunfan3406 is the only guy that I would say has real inside information on the Cajun Field construction plans.
