I think he is tweeting offers, not commitment. Today is the day offers go out

Kody Jackson Offers- UL and few state schools. His offers have been slow to come according to articles in the Shreveport paper and Lee Brecheen's Magazine because Jackson is a top baseball prospect. You can read his profile on Perfect Game, and has played baseball through the summer. He's attended very few football camps and I would expect his recruitment will pick up now that he has shown he want to play college football.
Good read here about our new DE...https://gridironfootballusa.com/st-a...-ragin-cajuns/

I would hope we would move up in recruiting ranks because it does matter some what to brag about the #1 class in the conference….I hope all these guys fit and become super stars!

Here's another TE, 3 Star for those that are looking at ratings.

You are correct. Notice he has an offer from our friend at Missouri. Unless he gets closer on his ACT, he will probably be placed in JC. But my hope is he at least gets a 17 on his next take, and we might be able to get him in on the Sliding Scale dependent upon his core.

I’m actually excited about the commitments thus far.

For me its these things: 1) He's a very good college baseball prospect, as per Perfect Game.2) He All-State in 3 sports including football. 3) He's supposedly a legit 4.4 athlete and his video is impressive. And finally he is recruited by Coach Burris, a former NFL player and the same guy that recruited the other Safety commitment Moses from Shreveport. I trust him to know what kind of athlete he wants to play in his system.

Caden Jansen is a projectable TE, a lot of his video shows him blocking. That may be a problem for some programs that haven't seen him catch the football enough. But Dave Campbell Texas Football Magazine has him listed in their Top 5 HS TE prospects in Texas. That's not an easy honor, considering there are many All- District TE's playing football in Texas. But how many are 6-5 plus and run 4.7?

I'm not saying some of these kids are 4 Stars, or even 3 Stars. But if you watch the video they are projectable athletes in our system.
Right on. Thanks for the info, T

Good to have you back T. I have missed your insight and analysis when it comes to recruiting.
