Because when you go there that is all the member institutions and you get their official names. Go to Louisiana.edu and see what it says.

Yes. Sunbelt web site top left where it says Schools. That are the member institutions and their official names. That is the only place the site references us by our official name. All other athletic mentions are Louisiana.
