Kaplan - VC names Kyle Bourqe as Teacher of the Year
Kaplan native Kyle Bourque is an exemplary individual proving that passion for a career is more important than pursuit of money.
As a first year teacher, Kyle has made such an impression at Vermilion Catholic High School that the administration has commended Kyle on his efforts by awarding him Teacher of the Year.
A 2002 graduate of Kaplan High School, Kyle is the son of Kaplan residents Leonard and Lisa Bourque.
Kyle was very active in speech and drama during his high school years, the experience of which motivated him to become a teacher.
