At the same time its beyond excellent for half of scores. You can only hope your team scores when on your end of the field.
You are missing the point of who it would attract, not everyone is interested in site lines. We have people now that pay thousands to stay in the parking lot, connecting said parking lot to the game experience certainly isn’t the worst idea I have ever heard. It doesn’t have to be brought down all the way to field level either.

    I'm ears and eyes.

Do you know of a successful example of this at a venue that isn't selling out games?

there is a party deck at the colorado rockies games that are way high up in the nose bleeds in the outfield that is always slam packed with people even if the park is only a third full.

How much does that cost the slam packed? How long can one expect to recoup the investment?

Need to put a full time year round restaurant in the NEZ with a huge outdoor deck and wide screens in side that could be utilized on game day and could generate revenue all year round.

The investment is entirely prohibitive for any such venture at this point, until the stadium project begins and current electrical and plumbing have been upgraded to meet current codes.

Look at what Colorado State is adding to their stadium endzone with a similar concept.

This would never work in Lafayette, LA. The people here hate food.

"hate" is that a contraction for "have ate" ?
